The lost city of the Inca or Machu Piccu is a city that was built during the reign of the Inca's in modern day Peru. Built in the classical Inca style with clean stone walls and three central buildings, the temple of the sun, the temple of the three windows and Intihuatana it was never discovered by any europeans. Many archeologists believe that Machu Piccu was created as an estate for Inca emperors. Hiram Bingham an american proffesor at Yale university first discovered the site in 1912 and it would later become a world UNESCO heritage site.
